This is simple, refreshing and healthy, with just enough zing from the lime juice!

6 Ounces Nitrate-free Smoked Salmon (with No Added Sugar), cut with the Cut 'n Chunks scissors
2 Cups Sliced Baby Cucumbers (Mushroom, Egg, Strawberry Slicer)
1/4 Teaspoon Dill (Herb Scissors)
Pinch of White Pepper
2 Teaspoons Lime Juice
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices and then dice.
- Mix Salmon, cucumber, dill and pepper.
- Drizzle mixture with lime juice
