The Pizza Oven Crisper is a 14”/35.6cm diameter non-stick mesh circle that will fit into almost every oven. Simply place your pizza on the Crisper and place it on your oven rack (with a sheet pan on a lower rack to catch any drips or crumbs). The PTFE-coated fiber glass mesh (mesh openings are ~ ¼”/0.6cm square) allows the heated air in your oven - pre-heated to an appropriate temperature, either to reheat or to bake in accordance with package instructions - to circulate evenly all around your food, with no need to rotate while cooking. The silicone-coated stainless steel outer rim adds stability to the Crisper and the non-stick coating allows easy removal of your pizza - no metal tools or knives, please! - to a cutting board for convenient slicing and serving.
