The Oven Crisper Tray allows you to use your oven to take advantage of those larger bags of frozen food - we love frozen sweet potato fries, but the range of possibilities expands every time we visit the grocery store! Just open carefully, shake out just the right amount onto your Crisper Tray, cook in your oven according to the package instructions, and store the rest for another day!
You may want to place a sheet pan or oven liner on a lower oven rack to catch drips or crumbs. Keep a careful eye on the cooking process, as the Crisper Tray may cook quicker in your oven - more efficiently! - since the PTFE-coated fiber glass mesh (mesh openings are ~ ¼”/0.6cm square) allows the heated air in your oven to circulate evenly all around your food. You may want to shake Crisper Tray once or twice during cooking, to assure thorough cooking and even crispness. The silicone-coated stainless steel outer rim provides stable edges to grip and remove the Crisper Tray from your oven with one hand, then set it on a trivet. The non-stick coating allows easy service of your food (no metal tools or knives, please!) and the Crisper Tray is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
