You know how annoying it can be to have oil from your skillet jump out onto your stove top or counter? It seems inevitable that when you're sautéing almost anything, you will get splatters…but it doesn’t have to be. There is something commonly known as a splatter-screen or splash guard, which does exactly that: guards against splatters. Until now they were large, awkward, difficult to store, and never nearby when you needed them! But now I Genietti (the”little geniuses”) at IPAC have developed the tool to change all that!
Meet the Fan Splash Guard from IPAC! This very clever device rests quietly and conveniently in your drawer, taking up a mere 8.5” x 1” when closed. But when you need it to guard against splatters, it grows to 13.5” in diameter: enough to cover almost any skillet. It does this using a fan-like movement to “spread its wings” over your skillet. With a handy stay-cool knob to move it on and off your pan, keeping your stove and counters splash-free just became a lot easier!
