The Brizzle is a flexible silicone basting brush that bends at the handle to pick up ~1T/15ml of liquid and then ‘baste’ it - though 4 holes, onto 100 silicone bristles, to apply your seasoned cooking liquid onto your protein. This technique and tool make everyone a chef in their own kitchen!

The Brizzle allows you to work with smaller quantities of liquid - whether pan juices from the smaller places of your pots or pans, or some melted butter or egg wash in a separate dish. At only 2”/51mm wide, the Brizzle can fit into small spaces when you bend the handle into a flat position for filling, lift to hold the liquid, and then brush onto your protein. It also works well for doing an egg wash onto your bread or pastry. And its uniquely shaped handle - a common feature of several Dreamfarm tools - keeps the Brizzle in a heads-up, non-dripping position between uses: baste a little, put it down, baste again, and repeat, while minimizing drips on your countertop and germ-transfer to your tool!
