What dish isn’t improved by a splash of citrus? We love lime in Asian or Mexican dishes, orange in chocolate or with chicken, and lemon in just about anything. We’ve tried a lot of different tools to extract that small amount of citrus juice, and there are several that we think are good enough to qualify as Cool Tools. It approaches squeezing citrus in a very different way: by squeezing each half of the citrus from both the outside and inside, the design ensures maximum juice extraction (which, given the price of citrus, is a very good idea!) The Fluicer also better focuses and reduces the amount of force required to maximize the juice output from your citrus. And the design both catches the seeds and keeps the pith with the outer skin, ensuring an unobstructed and clean free flow of juice to your desired location.
When the Fluicer is at rest in the drawer, it folds neatly into a flat compact form, unlike other juicers, taking up much less precious storage space.
