And, unlike a food processor, it leaves the skins and seeds behind so your sauce or puree is much smoother!

It’s an essential Italian-inspired design, with a one-turn locking suction-cup base for stability on smooth non-porous surfaces, a pusher to force your product from the hopper into the roller-press, and 2 included cups: 18 ounces/53 cl for the puree and 12 ounces/35 cl for the extracted pulp. Simply put your tomatoes/etc. into the hopper, press, and turn the handle …. Turn clockwise and the juice and puree will be extracted into the larger cup; turning counter-clockwise will force the remaining seeds and skins into the smaller cup. We’ve looked at a lot of these, and the Puree Master from Paderno is the very best design we’ve found!
Cleanup is simple and easy: and all the parts are top rack dishwasher safe.
