The Capabunga Soft Cheese Vault is made of food-grade silicone (like its big brother), but it comes with a removable interior base that’s cleverly designed to wick away excess moisture, thereby delaying mold (the enemy of all but blue cheeses), while retaining the special flavors of your favorite soft cheeses. Some of the other features that make this a Cool Tool are:

A ribbed lid that firmly seats into the top of the Vault for a stable effective closure,

A square shape that allows for easy stacking in your refrigerator.

A polished end of the Vault that allows for erasable labeling: write the name and date to remind you what’s inside and when you put it into the Vault, and then wash and re-label for the next cheese(s)! and
