Baked Brie

One of the most pleasurable, decadent and delicious hors d'oeuvres you can serve is baked cheese.

Servings: 6

1 5" Wheel of Brie
Topping of choice...you're limited only by your imagination, but here are some suggestions:

Crackers or baguette for serving

  • Preheat th eoven to 350°
  • Cut the rind off the top of the brie and put the brie in the Cheese Baker
  • Put your topping of choice on the top of the brie and cover with the Cheese Baker lid
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until runny
  • Enjoy!
