One of the most pleasurable, decadent and delicious hors d'oeuvres you can serve is baked cheese.

1 5" Wheel of Brie
Topping of choice...you're limited only by your imagination, but here are some suggestions:
- Shaved chilis, lime zest and chopped nuts
- Sliced apples and chopped pecans
- Cranberry jalapeno jelly and chopped walnuts
- Orange zest and honey
- Sauteed sliced mushrooms and crumbled cooked bacon
- Sliced Sun-dried tomatoes and basil
Crackers or baguette for serving
- Preheat th eoven to 350°
- Cut the rind off the top of the brie and put the brie in the Cheese Baker
- Put your topping of choice on the top of the brie and cover with the Cheese Baker lid
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until runny
- Enjoy!
